Comfort zone.

This was a Facebook post from a year ago before heading to VA to do a Duathlon. Not much has changed.

“As I sit in my car getting ready to leave for VA and my Du I’m struck by a sadness. Being someone who suffers from severe depression/bipolar its hard for me to do things on my own. I typically need support and a buffer from everything. This weekend’s trip is very difficult for me and taking me way outside my comfort zone so please wish me luck and good travels.”

While I’m trying to get outside my comfort zone I’m still finding it hard to do.
